Manic Panic High Voltage Classic Cream Formula Hair Color is semi-permanent hair dye that comes in a multitude of unnatural colors- about 43 to be precise. Each color comes in a resealable pot that can be reused and stored at room temperature. The color you see is the color you get, as long as you apply it to blonde hair. These dyes don’t come with the lightening kits like Splat dyes do, but they also aren’t as permanent as Splat.

This dye is vegan and cruelty-free! They also come out very vibrant and can be manipulated to create new colors when mixed.
